I've always loved this scene from Don't Look Back, the 1965 D.A. Pennebaker documentary on Bob Dylan.
The whole first part of the film, you keep hearing people mention this kid Donovan, like he's the next Dylan.
When they finally meet, Donovan sings a beautiful song - very sweet.
Dylan takes the guitar and sings "It's all over now, baby blue".
You see right then the depth of thought, intelligence, subtlety, humor, cockiness, that Dylan effortlessly wielded.
